I don't live in Vincennes so, of course, my car stopped running while I was visiting family there. These folks were great! It was done and back to me in less than two days and for less than any dealership would have charged. I highly recommend them to anyone living in Vincennes or just in town, like me, and needing some help.

They, at one time, had a good reputation. They have fallen way down. Make sure that you get a written estimate before all work is done. Make them call you before they do any additional work. They are not cheap and are not very good. And they are jerky about it if you question anything. I was quoted $350 in repairs--paid nearly $800. There are so many other places in town--asks your friends. Avoid this place at all costs. Give me my money back! I posted a review a few weeks ago but it was taken off. I hope this will stay!

We never received any call or anything from this party. If he was this dissatisfied why did he not contact us about his problems on our service. At least we could have tried to make him satisfied, even tho I realize you cannot do this with some parties no matter what you do. I feel it would have been common courtesy for him to at least contacted us first before contacting BBB.

I have sent many, many people to them for service--I went there several times to have my car worked on too. They used to have a good reputation--not any longer. They would not check a used van that I was going to buy properly. They estimated it at $350 in repairs--my end price was nearly $800. Get a written estimate from them. Make use that they call you if you need extra work done. They will take it upon themselves to fix major items without your approval and will charge you BIG money. And they are jerks about it! I'm not sure why they got so bad--so fast. There are many other auto repair shops in this town--avoid this one at all costs.

Be sure to get a written estimate before work is done. Make them call you if you need extra work done! They will take it upon themselves to fix thing you don't want fixed--and charge you for it. They are not cheap and they are not good. There are plenty of other places to have you car fixed in this town! They use to be good--not any longer!
